Position Overview
The role involves engaging with bank customers through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat. The aim is to provide exceptional customer service while introducing and promoting innovative digital banking solutions in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding banking services, including account setup, password recovery, transfers, and more.
- Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Promote a range of banking products and services.
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations regarding transparency, product information (including purpose, features, and risks), and customer protection.
- Identify and report any issues within the system, tracking progress until resolution.
- Meet the established quality standards and sales goals set by the organization.

Qualifications
- Educational background in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,



Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Strong customer orientation, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a quick learner.
- Sales-driven with the ability to interact effectively with clients, companies, and teams.
- Problem-solving capabilities.

Experience
- Experience in banking is a plus but not a requirement.

Working Hours & Contract
38.5 hours per week, with a schedule from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month), working hours between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Permanent contract.
