Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Site Operative based at our Tulliallan Asphalt and Concrete Depot. The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy quarry environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate static and mobile plant machinery safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate records
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs within your competence
- Refuel and clean machinery in line with manufacturer and company standards as part of the IMS accreditations
- Use Front-End Loader for material movement, training provided
- Report defects and near misses to site management
- Uphold site safety standards
- Travel to nearby sites may be required (allowances provided if applicable)
- Assisting with material ordering, inventory management
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate running of the Weighbridge function and all it's related aspects
- Assist in the operation of the site weighbridge in line with company policies, procedures and legislation
