Job Purpose:
To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the store
- Showcase product features and benefits to customers
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase
- Answer questions and provide product-related information
- Promote special offers and upsell related products
- Assist in achieving daily or weekly sales targets
- Maintain clean and well‑stocked displays
- Observe customer behavior and preferences
- Collect and report customer feedback according to vendor goals
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
- Support procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trends
- Maintain daily activity logs or sales reports
- Share performance updates with supervisors

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
- High School Graduate ESO is required
- High School Graduate ESO Preferred




- Very good product knowledge:Understanding the product well enough to answer questions and highlight benefits.
- Excellent communication skills:Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and explain product features in a simple and engaging way
- Basic reporting skills:Ability to record interactions, sales, and feedback clearly and reliably
- Effective Communication Skills:Flexibility to handle different customer types, store environments, and unexpected situations
- Good relationship building:Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude to create a positive shopping experience
- Sales Orientation:Confidence in promoting products and encouraging purchases without being pushy
