We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, strengthening Mediktor’s positioning in the healthcare market, and driving initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth worldwide. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES * Develop and execute Mediktor’s content strategy, aligned with the company’s positioning, business objectives, and target audiences. * Create high value content tailored to CMOs, Heads of AI, Innovation Leaders, and other healthcare and technology decision-makers. * Own Mediktor’s digital presence, managing and growing the company’s LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels. * Develop compelling marketing assets for product new features, use cases, customer success stories, videos, website content, presentations, and sales enablement materials. * Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, industry events and partnerships. * Work closely with Sales, Medical,



and Customer Success teams to translate business and product priorities into effective marketing initiatives and relevant market facing content. * Monitor and analyze marketing performance, tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results. * Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence, identifying industry trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activity, and new ways to strengthen Mediktor’s positioning. * Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives, ensuring consistency in Mediktor’s messaging, visual identity, and value proposition across all channels and touchpoints. WHAT YOU BRING MUST-HAVE * Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, software, or healthcare sector. * Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
