We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads. • Act as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and technical decisions. • Drive the delivery of new features, customizations, and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform. • Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. • Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads. • Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards,



and configuration-over-customization best practices. • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence. ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Years experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role. • Bachelors Degree. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS). • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM. • Strong experience with Power Platform. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices. • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across multiple squads. • Azure knowledge is highly desirable. • Engli
