Job title: Head of HR Location: Barcelona, Spain Salary: €80,000-€100,000 gross per year + benefits Start date: ASAP For our esteemed client, a hospitality-related company, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale our People function. You’ll define and execute a forward-thinking People strategy aligned with business goals, while overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations. As a key leadership figure, you’ll shape our culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive engagement and performance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives. * Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and culture development. * Lead and develop managers across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations. * Oversee hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding. * Drive performance, engagement,



and retention frameworks. * Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable People Operations. * Monitor People metrics to enable data-driven decision-making. Key Requirements: * 6+ years of experience as a Head of People with direct report management. * Proven track record in startups or scale-ups (Series B–C preferred). * Strong ability to build and execute People strategies. * Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. * Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
