Position: Product Manager ? Location: Reus or Barcelona ? Remote: 2 days of remote work per week. Context & Key Stakes Join a fast-growing French scale-up expanding internationally and launching its operations in Spain. You would be the 2nd Product Manager joining the team, playing a key role in building the local product organization while remaining closely connected to the French Product teams. Main missions * Analyzing user and stakeholder needs to identify priorities and define relevant product solutions * Building and managing the product roadmap and backlog in line with business, regulatory, and strategic requirements * Contributing to the evolution of the product offering and structuring solutions tailored to different customer segments * Coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality user experience * Ensuring strong alignment and communication with internal teams (marketing, support, ERP Consultant)



Your Profiles * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally experiences with ERP & SaaS * Knowledge in accounting and fiscality is a nice to have * Experiences with accounting and legal firms in Spain (Experience with accounting of legal firms in Spain (asesorías y despachos profesionales) * Experience working with AI-powered solutions is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex topics * Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment * Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message to different stakeholders * Languages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.
