This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on AI expert with strong technical leadership skills who is passionate about building, deploying, and scaling cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions in a large-scale environment. ? Main responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments. * Build Generative AI applications including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG architectures, and AI Copilots. * Define AI architecture standards and best practices. * Lead technical decisions and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists. * Drive MLOps initiatives, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions. * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful AI products. ? Who are you? * 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



or Advanced Analytics. * Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production environments. * Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role. * Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents. * Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations. * Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services such as Azure OpenAI. * Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management. * Knowledge of scalable architectures, distributed systems, and AI governance. * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. * Professional-level English.
