The Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Tester with experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) to support the quality assurance and continuous improvement of customer identity services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for validating secure, scalable, and seamless CIAM solutions across customer registration, authentication, consent, profile management, integrations, and access journeys. This role combines technical testing, defect analysis, stakeholder collaboration, compliance awareness,



and delivery support within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for CIAM services and connected applications.
Validate customer journeys such as registration, login, password reset, profile updates, consent capture, MFA, and account recovery.
Support release readiness through structured planning, execution, and reporting of test activities.
Technical and Integration Testing
Validate APIs, webhooks, SSO flows, federation integrations, and downstream system interactions.
Test identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
Verify data flows, profile synchronization, consent records, and access behavior across integrated systems.
