IO Interactive is embarking on a new journey - into the world of emergent multi-player on a unique unannounced project that we believe will shape the future for years to come of both our studio and the relationships we’ve built with our players. When it comes to developing this new console project, we are seeking a Game Data Analyst who will be a key player in tapping into new opportunities for growth, both for the live game operations and for the game studio.
With a strong studio culture dedicated to high quality of life, supported by transparent communication and supportive engagement with our team members, we are seeking individuals who can see the vision and take the leap on this new adventure that promises to deliver a one-of-a-kind gameplay experience for players.
What you will do:
- Work with designers, programmers, and product managers to establish game metrics events
- Design and build dashboards to surface data on our players' behaviors and game systems' performance
- Help the development team formulate hypotheses and questions that you can help bring answers to
- Help the development team and support team to create a best-in-class analytics pipeline
- Compile data, create reports, and present findings on a variety of topics from gameplay behaviors to business performance
- Collaborate cross-disciplined with the online, commercial, marketing, gameplay, and studio management teams.
Who you are:
- 3 years minimum working with game analytics
- You have experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist role
- You are both a communicator and a thinker and can present your strategy and findings in an interesting and unambiguous way
- Experience working with Power BI is a plus
- Using query languages such as SQL and KQL
