Tasks

We have an exciting opportunity for Contact Specialists fluent in either Flemish or Dutch with English, to join our customer team based in the center of Alicante. While previous customer contact experience is appreciated, it is not required. If you are currently residing in Alicante or are willing to relocate in the short term, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Contact Specialist, your main responsibility will be handling consumer phone calls and chats related to parcels and packages. Consumers will reach out to obtain information or submit a complaint, and it will be your role to assist them.





Consumer inquiries can cover a wide range of topics, such as tracking the status of a package shipment, providing information on the costs of sending a package or postage of a letter, offering details on service point opening hours or online services. Additionally, consumers may call to submit complaints regarding issues like unsuccessful shipments, damage, or loss of packages or letters.
