- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Corporate Development & ISP Office Analyst (Integrations, Synergies and Performance) to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain,



reporting to Uriach ISP Director.
- You will be responsible for screening and analysing potential acquisition Targets across Europe. Post-acquisition you will be designing, planning and implementing ISP projects across all entities of the Group. Your role will involve challenging assumptions, aligning financial projections with Country & Function Directors, and overseeing their execution and results.

Be ready for:
- Screen and analyse potential acquisition targets across Europe
- Identify value-creation ideas between Uriach and the target company and define a preliminary business plan for commercial and cost synergies (pre and post closing).
- Promote and actively participate in the identification and definition of ISP projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of ISP projects in close cooperation with cross-country and cross-functional teams, and monitor execution and results.
- Challenge and review the assumptions
