We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the central link for our operations in Spanish and English-speaking markets, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. Your fluency in both languages will be crucial for managing supplier relationships, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring clear communication at every stage of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shipping companies (Shipping Container booking).
- Prepare and process all required international shipping documentation (commercial invoices,



packing lists, certificates of origin) accurately and in compliance with regulations for relevant countries.
- Book and track shipments via air, ocean, and land freight, proactively resolving any delays or issues.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and warehousing vendors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, customer service) to align logistics with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records in our system, update tracking information, and provide timely status reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within the logistics network.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. (B2 level or higher).
- Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge on container release order;
- Knowledge on container token in/out & Haulier Code (Expo
