The IESE Career Development Center is looking for an experienced Career Coach to cover a maternity leave for approximately 5 months. In this full-time role, you will deliver individual Career Coaching to students in our MBA and MiM programs to support them in achieving their career management objectives. Coaching will take place in person on the IESE Barcelona Campus.

Previous Career Coaching experience is mandatory as well a real passion for helping people reach their full potential at any stage of their careers.

Required qualifications
- Career Coaching capability either through coaching training/certification and/or real-life business experience
- Absolute must to be fluent in English and Spanish

- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
