German-Speaking Ads Sales Executive

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a German-speaking Ads Sales Executive to help businesses grow through effective digital advertising solutions. In this role, you’ll work with both emerging companies and established local businesses, helping them get the most out of their advertising strategies.

What You’ll Do

Connect with clients across the German market to understand their needs

Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions

Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong service quality

Drive revenue through effective sales conversations and negotiation

Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs

Build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Handle client questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Adapt to changing priorities and business needs





What We’re Looking For

Languages

German (C2 level)

English (C1 level)

Experience & Skills

At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or advertising

Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals

Experience creating digital marketing strategies for different types of clients

Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
