As for the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish languages (spoken and written).
- Proven experience with various contract types (e.g., lump sum, unit price, cost-plus-fee).
- Background working with EPC contractors, clients, PM consultants, or general contractors is a plus.




- Experience in contract and subcontract drafting, review, evaluation, negotiation, and management.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- A collaborative team player who is also self-driven and capable of working independently.
- In-depth knowledge of the policies, procedures and objectives in the construction field.
- To liaise with the project teams and provision of commercial advice with regard to prime and subcontract issues and reporting during Contract execution
- To support project teams in the negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives,
