Job Description:
As a Proposal Engineer,
you will play a key role in preparing technical and commercial proposals for national and international tenders. From day one, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Software, and Operations teams, taking on real responsibility while being supported by experienced colleagues.
This is a challenging and highly developmental role, ideal for profiles with technical background who are interested in both technical work and commercial and management responsibilities. You will be expected to work with rigor, attention to detail and enthusiasm, while benefiting from strong team support, structured processes, and mentoring from senior professionals.
