That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our Integral team. This position can be based out of our New York, Toronto, Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid or Amsterdam offices.

Your mission:
You will play an integral part in the growth of Too Good To Go by attracting and securing motivated & mission-driven talent to join us in the fight against food waste.

Your Role:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in collaboration with the hiring manager, from vacancy approval through to signed contract.
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on the current market, assessment methods and interview structure and best practice model for talent acquisition.
- Manage the recruitment for niche and senior hire vacancies.
