- Summary - basic function of the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Mallabia, Spain on a temporary basis until August 2026. The role is primarily site-based, with four days on-site and the option to work from home on Fridays.

In this role,



you'll play a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly - sitting at the heart of our procurement operations and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You'll manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and keep our ERP data accurate and up to date. You'll also work closely with teams across the business, monitor supplier performance, and help uphold the operational standards that Enerpac is known for.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Purchase Order (PO) system, including raising POs, reviewing PO lists, and resolving PO-related queries.- Expedite purchasing activities for assigned items and general stationery to ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and forward technical information, such as drawings, specifications, and component details.- Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate planning dates, quantities, and order details.
