The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage recruitment activities for our SSC in Madrid. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring Finance professionals.

You will translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Using proactive sourcing methods and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will help ensure that JBT Marel continues to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning
- Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, job requirements, and market insights




- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
- Building talent pipelines through innovative sourcing channels and professional networks
- Representing JBT Marel at networking and career events
- Contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements
