YOUR MISSION:
As Chief of Staff in the People Department, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to the VP of People and the People Leadership Team, helping shape and execute the People strategy that enables Glovo’s growth across multiple markets. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role at the heart of the organization, designed for someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys turning strategy into tangible results.

You will work closely with senior leaders to orchestrate priorities across the People function, ensuring the team focuses on the initiatives that drive the greatest impact. Beyond coordination, you will bring strong analytical thinking,



challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, and elevate the overall performance of the People organization. From leading key strategic projects to translating long-term ambitions into actionable plans, you will play a critical role in strengthening the People function and supporting Glovo’s continued scale.

THE JOURNEY:
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP of People and People Leadership Team, shaping priorities, challenging assumptions, and reinforcing strategic rigor.
- Collaborate with the People Leadership Team to define and execute the People strategy aligned with company objectives.
