About the Role

As our Sales Manager for the Italian Market, you will play a central role in driving Amenitiz's growth in one of our most strategic regions. With a highly engaged team of AEs already in place - and plans to scale further - you'll lead, inspire,



and empower this group to achieve ambitious targets and establish Amenitiz as the #1 hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in Italy.

This is a high-impact leadership role - you'll own the commercial success of the Italian region and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.

Your Missions

Own the Commercial Success of Italy
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that positions Amenitiz as the leading hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in Italy.
- Design scalable outreach tactics and funnel mechanics that consistently generate qualified pipeline across all segments.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance - forecasting accurately and setting clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure we stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
