About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive House Manager / Housekeeper to oversee a private property in Monda, Málaga, owned by our CEO. This is a live-in position, adecuado for someone who enjoys maintaining a home to a high standard and providing a welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and cleaning of the property
- Preparing the house ahead of guest arrivals
- Welcoming and assisting visitors during their stay
- Ensuring the property is always well-presented and guest-ready
- Managing day-to-day operations of the house




- Identifying and coordinating maintenance or repair needs
- Liaising with external service providers when required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, property management, or a similar role
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and service-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance is a plus
- Flexibility to support guests when needed
