How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will gather and organize documentation for field technicians, including travel settlements and timesheets.
- Manage the inventory of work clothing to ensure our team is always prepared.
- Oversee delegation contracts in English for field technicians, ensuring compliance and clarity.
- Handle visa management with consulates and embassies to facilitate international travel.
- Prepare and review documentation required for plant access, ensuring all protocols are followed.




- Scan and maintain technical-administrative documents, keeping our records up to date.
- You will ensure the documentation on the department’s SharePoint is current and accessible.
