INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (F/M/X)

What is the purpose of this position? What is the expected outcome?

At the Economic and Financial Directorate of ITP Aero, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Operations Controlling in Zamudio. We are therefore considering someone with experience in an Operational Unit of a large industrial group and a clear financial vocation, or someone from a finance department with motivation to work in Operations.

What profile are we looking for?

Education: Finance or Engineering background with financial knowledge

Required experience: 2 to 3 years in cost calculation

Languages: High level of spoken and written English (preferably with a C1 certification)

Technical skills:




- SAP and SAC knowledge is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other financial analysis toolsWhat tasks will you perform?

You will support the Business Unit managers in the economic management of their activities and decision-making. Main responsibilities include:
- Preparing the Operational Unit Dashboard, analyzing results and deviations, proposing improvements/cost reductions, optimizing resources, and tracking execution in terms of time and cost, specially focused on Product Costing.
- Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the Budget, Business Plan and Forecast Closures, ensuring they reflect the economic reality of the area in terms of both P&L; and cash. Monitoring compliance and analyzing deviations.
- Anticipating and understanding the business, being proactive in your approach.
- Daily management support. Monitoring deviations in Work Orders (Materials, Added Value, Cutting Tools, etc.), corrective measures, and act
