We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Design Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by bridging design, technical development, and execution.

You will work closely with the design team, managers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate workflows, maintain consistency across documentation, and ensure projects progress efficiently from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities





Act as the central coordination point between internal design teams, external consultants, and contractors

Plan, structure, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple projects

Ensure quality control and consistency of drawings, documentation, and project outputs

Organize and manage project information, including drawings, revisions, and specifications

Support the standardization of processes, templates, and documentation systems across the studio

Coordinate design development phases to ensure alignment between concept, technical drawings, and execution

Identify potential delays or inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions

Assist in resource planning and workload distribution within the team

Lead internal coordination meetings and ensure clear follow-ups and accountability

Support communication with clients and stakeholders when required
