The Capture Team Leader (CTL)



leads the tendering and sales lifecycle for GSI Large & Complex projects, with a strong focus on HVDC opportunities, ensuring commercially robust, strategically aligned bids.

You will be responsible for orchestrating all non‑technical integral business disciplines required to secure major opportunities, acting as the central driver of tendering strategy, pricing governance, and commercial and legal negotiations. Operating as the primary interface with external customers and partners throughout the tendering process, the CTL ensures that every bid is aligned with internal validation requirements and the Delegation of Authority, while cultivating strong, trust‑based relationships that position the organisation for long‑term success. This role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder leadership to maximise win probability on complex, high‑value projects.
