We are looking for a motivated SAP MDG Operations Consultant (M/F/d) to support the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of our Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions within our Global IT Shared Service Center in Madrid.
- In this role, you will work closely with the business Master Data Management (MDM) operations team to ensure the efficient, high-quality, and compliant execution of master data processes across key domains such as Business Partners and Materials.
- You will act as the interface between business users and IT, supporting day-to-day MDG operations, resolving issues, and ensuring that data governance processes are consistently applied and optimized.
- This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale S/4HANA transformation environment and play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards across Liebherr’s general operations.

Creating passion: your responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of SAP MDG,



ensuring smooth execution of master data processes and workflows.
- Act as the interface between business MDM teams and IT, supporting users and resolving operational issues.
- Monitor and manage MDG workflows and change requests, ensuring timely processing and high data quality.
- Analyze and resolve data and system issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
- Support business users in data creation, maintenance, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDG processes, enhancing efficiency and usability.
- Support testing activities and minor enhancements, ensuring stability of MDG solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes and issues, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and functional teams to ensure alignment between operations and design.
