Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Game Producer to build new Hybrid Casual games from scratch.




You’ll identify product opportunities, test game hypotheses, and guide projects from concept and prototype through marketability, launch, retention validation, and D7/D30 performance evaluation.
This role is idóneo for someone with hands-on Hybrid Casual experience who can move quickly in a high-uncertainty environment, make data-driven decisions, and confidently decide when to iterate – and when to stop.
Key Responsibilities
Creating new games from scratch. Identify promising product opportunities and turn them into testable game concepts and prototypes
Researching the market. Monitor Hybrid Casual trends, emerging mechanics, successful products, competitors, player behavior, and new market opportunities
Leading projects through early-stage validation. Take games from concept and prototype through marketability testing, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 validation
