We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer - Backoffice to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona and lead the transformation of our digital presence.

?What You’ll Do

Own the Clinic Experience: Build and maintain multiple React-based frontends covering clinic agendas, booking and scheduling flows, patient treatment management, and electronic medical records.
Solve Complex State Problems:



Clinical processes have real constraints — availability, resources, treatment stages, market-specific rules. A lot of the difficulty here is modelling state correctly, not styling it.
Bridge Frontend & Backend: Collaborate closely with backend engineers on API contracts and end-to-end flows that cross several services.
Raise the Bar on Quality: Solution and architecture reviews before implementation starts, unit and e2e coverage on critical paths, monitoring and error tracking after release.
Use AI as Part of Your Workflow: AI assistants are part of our everyday workflow — in implementation, review and testing. You will use them daily and help improve the workflows around them.

?Requirements:

5+ years of frontend development experience.
Expert-level React — you understand the internals, not just the API.
Expert-level TypeScript — you write it without thinking twice.
Strong experience with state management pattern
