Join G-LAB-2B, an independent, non-profit applied research organisation exploring how cooperation can help transform intercultural crises and conflicts.
As a volunteer, you will contribute to projects connecting research, education and practical action, while developing new skills and helping create knowledge with real-world social impact.

Depending on your background and interests, you can contribute in one of four areas:

Research & Case Studies: Literature reviews, surveys, data analysis and fieldwork related to ECOOPx and the Sustainable Decision Finder (SDF).
Science Communication & Content: Editing, fact-checking, social media, design, translation and audiovisual support.
Education & Intercultural Facilitation: Developing learning materials, co-facilitating workshops and supporting our educational activities.
Partnerships & Cooperation:



Mapping organisations, researching grants and supporting collaborations and project follow-up.

We welcome people from social and political sciences, international relations, law, research methodology, data and UX, communication, journalism, design, languages, education, mediation, social psychology, community work, project management and fundraising.
Volunteers receive role-specific guidance, practical training and continued support throughout their involvement.

Opportunities usually run for 3 or 6 months and can be undertaken remotely or in a hybrid format.
