About the Role
Drive the go-to-market execution and accelerate revenue growth through strategic planning, commercial alignment, and operational excellence. Reporting within Revenue Operations, this leader serves as a strategic business partner to Divisional General Managers and Sales Leadership, translating business priorities into commercial strategies that maximize ACV growth and improve sales performance.​
The Director leads the governance and execution of key commercial operating rhythms-including quarterly business reviews (QBRs),



forecasting, account reviews, and annual planning while influencing cross-functional decisions that strengthen commercial execution and organizational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role provides the strategic insights, governance, and business partnership needed to deliver business growth.​
Key Responsibilities
•Partner with Divisional General Managers and Sales leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market execution.​
•Lead strategic planning initiatives, including market segmentation, territory strategy, account prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.​
