JOB DESCRIPTION:
Drive the end-to-end definition and execution of transformational Joint Venture (JV) and M&A; opportunities for HBX,



from a business standpoint.

Lead strategic assessment, business plan creation, synergies identification and operating model design, ensuring maximum value creation by coordinating across all relevant internal and external stakeholders—from initial evaluation through to integration and results delivery.

Critical role to ensure JVs deliver the financial, strategic, and operational targets defined in each JV/M&A; business plan, and for ensuring sustainable value creation post-integration

To summarize:
- Pre-deal signing: Lead BP incl. synergies identification & quantification, commercial agreement & TOM

definition, day 1 integration preparation and coordination with M&A; team
- Post-deal signing: Coordinate “day 1 integration” with central teams and define & support implementation of

value creation plan (6-months for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ months for complex deals)
