You will play a key role in supporting a fast-growing Mission Critical Facilities Data Centres team at the heart of international projects. Working within Haskoning, you combine high level office and project support with exposure to complex, large scale data centre developments. What you will do as Office Manager (MCF/ Data Centres):
As Office Manager (MCF/ Data Centres), you provide proactive administrative, organisational and project support to the Málaga based Mission Critical Facilities Data Centres team. You ensure smooth day to day operations, keep communication and planning on track and support high quality delivery across projects and proposals in an international environment.

In this role, your responsibilities include:
- Agenda, meeting and communication management for the MCF team in Málaga;
- Office coordination and administrative processes, including office logistics and facilities;
- Project and proposal support,



monitoring deadlines and ensuring document completeness and quality;
- Coordination of visitors, travel arrangements and internal or external events;
- Information management, reporting and document control, including filing and sharing updates.
