Join Lenovo's Solutions Services Group (SSG) as a Technical Account Manager, where you will act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers across Europe META. In this customer-facing role, you will help drive service excellence, optimize customer environments, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with Lenovo's infrastructure solutions and services. Working closely with customers, account teams, and technical support organizations, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will report directly to the Director, Europe META Service Delivery.
