From ToBeIT, we are looking for a Platform Operations & DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Linux environments, container technologies, automation and cloud infrastructure.

The adecuado candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, supporting production environments, improving automation and CI/CD processes, and collaborating closely with development, architecture and infrastructure teams on deployment and modernization initiatives.

Important: Candidates must be currently residing in Spain, Poland, the UK or Portugal. Candidates located in any other country will not be considered.

Advanced English is required, as the role involves working in an international environment and collaborating with teams across different locations.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Linux environments, ensuring platform stability, reliability and performance across production environments.

Support Docker and Podman workloads, troubleshooting infrastructure and application-related issues in production environments.





Develop and maintain Bash automation scripts, including complex scripting for operational and infrastructure-related tasks.

Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting infrastructure automation and efficient software delivery processes.

Support hybrid cloud deployments, working across private and public cloud environments.

Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerting and telemetry solutions to ensure effective platform observability.

Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues, working with development, architecture and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

Collaborate closely with developers, architects and infrastructure teams on deployments, platform improvements and modernization initiatives.
