We are seeking an experienced DATACOM SME (Data Communication Subject Matter Expert) to provide technical leadership and expertise in enterprise networking and data communication technologies. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting complex network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security. The role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver reliable and efficient networking services.
In this role, You will
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise for LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Data Center networking technologies.
Lead network transformation and modernization initiatives.
Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure seamless connectivity and service delivery.
Support network security implementations including firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and secure access solutions.
Develop network architecture, standards, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Evaluate new networking technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Typically 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Data Communication, and Enterprise Networking.
