Tasks & Responsibilities

Analytics, Insights &Strategic; Consultation

Guides and supports professionals across relevant disciplines with analytical expertise
Applies digital analytics tools to sharpen insights across communications and marketing
Manages Communications and marketing analytics reporting, including tool governance, KPI definition and dashboard visualisation
Defines, owns and continuously improves processes to enhance collaboration, quality,



UX and insight quality
Consults stakeholders and channel experts on high-impact communication opportunities based on competitive gap and audience analysis
Conducts effectiveness analyses of communication assets and owned channels, including website drop-off diagnostics, content performance and campaign funnel assessments
Translates analytical findings into structured, decision-ready recommendations and presents them to stakeholders and leadership

Tool & Process Governance

Governs following tool areas: Analytics/reporting, translations/terminology, DAM/CMS, marketing automation/AI,
Owns process design and improvement outcomes across communications and marketing functions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training
5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant industry context
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
