Responsibilities of the role

Ensure accurate execution of end-to-end international inbound and outbound shipments (primarily from Asian countries) through all transportation modes.
Own and optimize company’s cost-to-serve metrics while maintaining high service reliability and compliance standards.
Oversee forwarders meet agreed SLAs, with a focus on OTD performance.
Ensure customs agents manage clearances in compliance with regulations and company framework.
