About the role:
As a Senior Field Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and optimized operation of Kyoto Group’s Heatcube installations across multiple customer sites. Acting as the operational link between customers, service partners, and internal teams, you will drive asset performance, operational excellence, and safety while supporting the commissioning and scale-up of new installations. This is a hands-on,



international role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, problem-solving, and field leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of Heatcube installations, promoting a proactive safety culture and adherence to Kyoto's HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance through remote and on-site operational support, leveraging SCADA systems, data analysis, and technical expertise to maximize uptime, efficiency, and reliability.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve asset performance.
