Volunteer at the FutureTravel Summit, October 29
FutureTravel is a media and events brand covering travel innovation and technology, with a weekly newsletter read by over 26,000 industry professionals. Each year we bring the community together at our flagship event, and this October we're hosting 450+ founders, investors, operators, and startups from around the world at Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm in Barcelona.

We're looking for genuinely interested volunteers, to help us run the show across two days: setup on the 28th and the event itself on the 29th.

Tasks will include:
Welcoming guests, checking them in, and handing out badges as they arrive
Being a friendly face on the floor, guiding attendees around the venue and helping them find the right sessions
Supporting speakers and helping things run smoothly on stage during keynotes and panels
Helping with setup the day before and teardown once the event wraps, such as furniture and decor




Keeping coffee, food, and networking areas stocked, tidy, and running throughout the day
Being ready to jump in wherever needed, from lost and found to last-minute questions

What we're looking for:
No specific experience is required, just reliability and curiosity about the industry. You should be comfortable talking to people you've never met and able to stay on your feet in a fast-moving environment. Professional-level English is a must.

This is a great chance to get hands-on experience at a business innovation event, learn how an event comes together behind the scenes, and connect with founders, investors, and decision-makers from across travel, tourism and hospitality.
