We’re looking for an experienced L2 Network Field Engineer to support deployments across multiple client sites. If you’re a hands-on troubleshooter who thrives in the field and enjoy solving real-world network challenges — this is for you.
? What You’ll Be Doing
Providing Level 2 onsite network support (break/fix, troubleshooting, diagnostics)
Installing, configuring & supporting routers, switches, firewalls & Wi-Fi solutions
Supporting LAN/WAN environments across enterprise sites
Performing rack & stack, patching, structured cabling & hardware swaps
Assisting with network upgrades, migrations & refresh projects
Working closely with remote NOC / L3 teams
? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in L2 Network Support / Field Engineering
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing & switching
Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper Networks, Fortinet, or Aruba Networks
Comfortable working independently onsite
Own toolkit & reliable transport (where required)
Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA preferred)
