This role is responsible for managing digital campaigns from launch through ongoing optimization across multiple industries.
You will monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
The position combines paid advertising, email and SMS marketing, creative coordination, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with writers, designers, content specialists, and project managers to keep campaigns moving efficiently.
You will also use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate execution while applying your own marketing judgment to campaign decisions.
The role is well suited to a hands-on marketer who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and responds quickly when performance changes.

Accountabilities
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, adjusting budgets, targeting, and campaign settings based on performance.
Collaborate with writers and designers to develop advertising copy and creative assets, then evaluate their effectiveness against campaign results and conversion performance.
Build, schedule, and manage email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines, timing, messaging, and other variables to improve engagement.
Use ChatGPT and similar artificial intelligence tools to accelerate campaign execution, generate creative variations, and support day-to-day marketing tasks while maintaining independent professional judgment.
