As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be in charge of recruiting and engaging the best talents. Reporting to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain HR Director, you will be based in our Industrial Area in Madrid (Getafe).

What you’ll do:
- Develop & improve external recruitment process & sourcing tools - job description writing, hiring forms, job posting, selection of resumes, interviews, reference check, job offers.
- Maintain strong recruiting metrics and capture key KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire.
- Foster relationships with the Human Resource team and Hiring Managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications awareness to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support.
- Educate and train hiring managers on how to interview and identify top talent.




- Participate in projects and strategic initiatives within the TA and HR teams as needed.
- Design & Implement employer branding initiatives, in alignment with our integral approach
- Manage campus relations by developing the LOEWE Manufacturas image with students and Universities, business or engineering schools; build strong partnerships to attract talented employees and interns.

Profile:
What is important for the role
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience within the Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain sector,.
- Curiosity in deeply understanding business needs and building recruitment strategies to support them
- Demonstrable experience of working in and enjoying a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines and high volumes
- Strong coordination, communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing recruitment process improvements.
- Good command of English & Spanish is
