The EMEA Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the commercial success of _Magic: The Gathering_ across the EMEA region. This role translates data, market insights, and regional feedback into informed product planning, inventory, localization, and pricing decisions for each release.

Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, the role leads regional Product Commitment Request (PCR) preparation, leveraging historical sales analysis, market insights, and cross‑functional input to support forecast alignment and stakeholder negotiations.



From launch documentation and pricing approvals through to inventory performance monitoring and stock optimization, the Product Manager ensures each release is positioned for strong in‑market execution.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Studio, and Analytics teams, this role provides clear, data‑driven insights and maintains rigorous documentation standards to enable accurate, timely decision‑making. Success requires strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a fast‑paced, international environment.
