Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and highly organised Customer Service & Admin freelancer to lead our Guest Experience.

The position is as a freelancer so you would invoice us each month.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (approx. 60%)
- Guide guests through property options and booking steps
- Follow up on enquiries to help convert leads into bookings
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and policies
- Resolve customer questions or minor issues efficiently
- Liaise with venue owners and managers where needed




- Maintain a high standard of communication and response times
- Feedback calls to check how their stay was

Administration (approx. 40%)
- Update booking systems and internal records
- Process booking details, confirmations, and documentation
- Manage calendars, pricing and availability updates
- Assist with invoicing and payment tracking (non-accounting)
- Monthly reports
- Support operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running

About You
- Native English a must
- Strong customer service skills (hospitality or travel experience preferred)
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple enquiries at once
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Calm and solutions-focused when dealing with customers

Working Arrangement
- Self-employed freelance position
- Based in Barcelona
- Approx. 30 hours per week (adaptable scheduling agreed in advance)
