Your role:As the Packaging Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our packaging equipment in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. You will supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities within a 24x7 production setting, leading a dedicated team of approximately 18 talented individuals. Your extensive experience in team management will be essential as you foster a collaborative and safe work culture while prioritizing the development of technical skills among your team members. By developing and executing strategic maintenance plans, you will maximize equipment availability and minimize production downtime. Your commitment to regulatory compliance will ensure that all maintenance operations align with the pharmaceutical industry's stringent standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
