What You Will Do:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Activation Intern to support our B2B Training Coordinator and Management Team in handling daily operations.
- Support the team maintain organized records of travel expenses, bookings, and documentation.
Help the team be an interlocutor with travel agencies and stakeholders.
- Help the team finding new proposals and identify new opportunities for all Exoticca´s markets.




- Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Travel, Administrative Support, or a related field (with possibility of signing a university internship agreement).- Great communication skills in Spanish and English.
