Job Purpose/Overview

The Logistic Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and logistics activities, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, distribution, and transportation of goods. This role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing costs, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely delivery to customers; but also paperwork and maintain alive ERP system.

1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing,



and dispatching.

Ensure optimal space utilization and proper stock organization.

Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).

2. Inventory Control

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.

Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for demand planning.

3. Logistics & Distribution

Manage transportation, fleet operations, and third-party logistics providers.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

4. Team Leadership

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.

Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations.

Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

5. Process Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product
