What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.:
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for contracting in your region, so experience in this region is essential. You will provide contracting and marketing services, source new providers for WebBeds, and account-manage existing suppliers.

In this role you will:
- Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company’s KPIs, including:
- Number and mix of hotels.
- Competitive pricing and availability.
- Revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds’ strategic goals.
- Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions.




- Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies
- Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase
- Proven experience in hotel account management or a similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned region(s) and its hospitality market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with hotel partners.
- Familiarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the assigned regions are highly desirable.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
